Our state-of-the-art facility in East Montgomery near Pike Road is equipped with the latest technology, and our specialized certification in ICPA's Webster Technique allows us to provide exceptional care for expecting mothers. Monday: 10am-1pm, 3pm-6pm
Tuesday: CLOSED
Wednesday: 8:30am-12pm, 3pm-6pm
Thursday: 8:30am-1pm, 3pm-6pm
Friday-Sunday: CLOSED
π― Requirements
The foundations for success in this role include a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution and current Alabama license (or eligibility for licensure). You'll need a genuine passion for pediatric and pregnancy care, excellence in practice member education, and strong communication and technical skills. Experience with Webster Technique and pediatric certifications are a plus, but most importantly, we're looking for someone who's excited to grow and learn with us!

β° Schedule That Supports Your Life
Our adjusting hours are as follows:
Monday: 10:00am-1:00pm, 3:00pm-6:00pm
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: 8:30am-12:00pm, 3:00pm-6:00pm
Thursday: 8:30am-1:00pm, 3:00pm-6:00pm
Friday-Sunday: CLOSED
We have weekly trainings, patient orientations, and team meetings during non-adjusting hours. Our team members are currently averaging 28-32 hours per week.
π― Your Day-to-Day Impact
As our CA, you'll be essential in creating an amazing experience for our practice members. Your day will include:
- Creating a warm, welcoming environment from the moment people walk in
- Coordinating schedules and managing appointments with care
- Building genuine connections with practice members of all ages
- Supporting parents by entertaining little ones while they receive care
- Handling administrative tasks with attention to detail
- Being an integral part of our mission to help families thrive by educating practice members on how our care can help them achieve their highest health
Requirements
The foundations for success in this role include excellent organizational and communication skills, genuine enthusiasm for working with children, and strong technical abilities. You should be punctual, professional, and bring a positive attitude to everything you do. Previous experience is welcome but not required - we value attitude and aptitude above all!
